Inclusive futures design lab

Concept:

The IF Design Lab utilises inclusive design throughout the brand identity. The main goal was to reflect the brand values, vision and mission, through its visual style, without mentioning it. The typographic, colour and layout choices all go into resolving this concept. Keeping in mind, that IF Design Lab is a product design sector, the revolutionary work had to be reflected through the brand identity. The place where accessibility meets style.

Year:

2022

Process:

This project began with research into typography and dyslexia, colours and colour blindness, long text and ADHD and many more cruxes in inclusive graphic design. The main outcome of the research is how to cater to the needs of people of different abilities. The logo was designed to be clean and modern while remaining highly legible and recognisable. This led me to put my research findings into practice. Creating all of my brand assets around the tone set by the utilitarian logo design.
